MMA
MMA is a fun, growing sport a lot of people do this sport because fighting may connect with them or they might want to relieve stress by fighting.
I am currently trying to join MMA because I was inspired by two people i am very close to Trevor Shoelhamer and Chris Heatherly they make it seem to help you with a lot of things such as flexibility, self defense etc.
MMA is a very good sport that helps your flexibility a lot i suggest this sport because it teaches you self defense if you are trying to join a gym I've done a lot of thinking, my favorites and most suggested martial arts for MMA are Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Wrestling.
Every once in a while you might lose but thats perfectly fine its actually kind of good because every winner looses its just you can watch the footage, learn from your mistakes and come back evenSTRONGER!
